A very old book, but still a practical companion for the laboratory. I think it makes sense now more than ever, because these days it’s very expensive to buy developers, fixers and other formulas used in black and white darkroom.
While ready-made formulas from traditional manufacturers Kodak, Ilford, Agfa, Tetenal, etc. are difficult to come by, reagents are easy to find. In addition to the basic processes, a series of other procedures are explained with their formulas, preparation instructions and also the general idea of the photography kitchen, such as the characteristics of the main reagents, some safety notes and lots of practical advice.
